Payment Procedure
The payment method is credit card.
In case you cannot pay by credit card, we also accept payment by bank transfer. If you wish to receive an invoice, please contact the secretariat office at the address below.
Cancellation Policy
No refunds will be issued for cancellation of the Registration fees.

ECI Visiting Research Fellowships
The ISHR International Council will sponsor ECIs to undertake training in new techniques at Japanese institutes at the time of the World Congress in 2025.
Lab visits are to occur immediately before or after the Congress and the expected duration is at least one week. Funding is specifically for subsidizing travel and accommodation costs related to visiting the nominated lab to train in a new technique. Several Japanese laboratories have already indicated their interest in participating in the program to host and train an ECI, for which the ISHR is extremely grateful.
The deadline for applications is Monday 16th December, 2024. Applicants will be advised of the outcome of their application by January, 2025.
Eligibility criteria, the application process, award conditions, and a list of potential host laboratories can be found on the ISHR World website.
VISA
Please note that in order to obtain VISA support documents:
- You must be registered for the congress.
- Have your congress receipt ready for upload.
- An itinerary (flight and accommodation information) must be fixed for the request.
- Payment for document preparation fee (JPY 24,000-/per one set), must be made.
- Applications for VISA can be made until April 10, 2025.
After payment is confirmed for the documents, preparation of the VISA documents will start.

MEETING BANQUET
There will be a Meeting Banquet on May 14th. Registration and Payment will be required for attendance. Registration and payment method will be announced when it is ready.
TRAVEL GRANTS
ISHR International (ISHR-Intl) will support travel awards for ECIs to attend the Congress. ISHR-Intl will send a mail to members in November with application details. ISHR will handle the review of travel awards.
